Customers can collect products directly from our Midrand warehouse or choose for products to be delivered by our logistics partners.
We deliver to most areas in South Africa and will always strive to fulfil your delivery. However, if our logistics partners are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you via email or telephone and arrange a refund.
We currently do not offer deliveries outside of South Africa.
Delivery costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Altering the delivery address after checkout, can result in adjusted delivery charges.
All orders are processed within 2 working days. After an order has been processed, estimated delivery time is within 1 to 7 working days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All products are delivered assembled at no extra cost. Depending on the delivery area and the nature of the products ordered, assembly may occur onsite.
UBIK Home is not responsible for damage to products caused by any transporting services which buyers choose to utilize in their own capacity, these include 3rd party transporter service arranged by the buyer. Buyer or person collecting goods on buyer’s behalf is required to acknowledge receipt of all goods and inspect for any defects at collection. Damaged or goods not present must be clearly marked on Packing slip with accompanying signature.
